Biju, migrated since 2003 from India. During one of his vacations, had a thought of selling one of his properties in India. It took couple of weeks to start the processing itself. It was really a nightmare to find a genuine buyer. The official paper works struggled him a lot. Finally, after 8 months of long waiting and 3 travels up and down in between, the deal got done. Then after, another 3 more months waited again to transfer the fund from India.

“There must be better option!” he thought ……..resulting PMRS.
